How does it work?…
Every morning I will be posting a squat workout for the day and some motivation to help you all throughout the challenge. All you have to do is SHOW UP! You’ll submit a daily form stating that you’ve completed the workout as well as posting daily with your progress and/or questions you’d like answered.
